Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle Overnight Oatmeal

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. 1.In large bowl, mix together oats, milk, yogurt, and vanilla.
  2. 2.Fill containers half full with mixture; place one teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of each container; fill rest of the way with mixture.
  3. 3.Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle on top.
  4. 4.Reheat the next morning for 1 minute of 50% power. Add cinnamon and sugar if desired.
