How to Store Chestnuts

  • Cover Cover

    Place shelled chestnuts in a bowl and cover with Glad® Press'n Seal®.

  • Cut Cut

    Puncture top several times with a fork or knife.

  • Seal Seal

    Store unshelled chestnuts into a Glad® Zipper bag and seal the top. Perforate to allow for airflow.

Keep it with Press'n Seal®
Keeps for 3–4 months in shell; 9 months outside shell
