How to Store Thyme

  • Roll Roll

    Roll herbs in a damp paper towel.

  • Place Place

    Place herbs in a Glad® Zipper Bag. Do not seal the bag.

  • Refrigerate Refrigerate

    Place bag in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.

Keeps up to 12 months

How to Freeze  Thyme

  • Pack Pack

    Pack olive-oil covered chopped herbs in an ice cube tray.

  • Wrap Wrap

    Wrap the tray in Glad® Freezer Wrap and freeze overnight.

  • Transfer Transfer

    Transfer frozen cubes to Freezer Zipper bags or FreezerWare™ and place in freezer.

  • Use Use

    Use in soups, stews or thaw in pan over low heat.
