Chocolate Covered Pretzels

  • 1/2 bag mini pretzels
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • sprinkles of choice


  1. 1.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. 2.In a small bowl heat chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments stirring in between each cycle until chocolate is melted & smooth
  3. 3.Dip each pretzel in half way to coat, allow the excess chocolate to drizzle off before placing on parchment lined baking sheet
  4. 4.Shake on sprinkles & continue until you have used up all of the chocolate
  5. 5.Place in freezer for 2-3 hours to set the chocolate
  6. 6.Remove & transfer to an airtight container & store at room temperature
