Make all three: Cranberry Pecan, Classic and Avocado Ranch Chicken Salad all from one batch of chicken. Perfect for game day and picnics!

Ingredients

Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad

  • 3 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt, (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Classic Chicken Salad

  • 3 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt, (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

Avocado Ranch Chicken Salad

  • 3 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt, (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. 1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Stir in chicken. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
