Loosely wrap whole peppers in Glad® Food Storage Zipper Bags.
Add a lightly dampened paper towel in with the cut peppers to keep them crisp.
Consider separating peppers as green should last a little bit longer than red or orange peppers.
How to Freeze Sweet Peppers
To prepare peppers: Core, seed, slice or dice them, then spread over a sheet tray.
Place tray in the freezer until peppers are completely frozen.
Transfer to Freezer Zipper bags and seal, removing as much air as possible.
Place in the deepest part of the freezer.
