How to Store Salmon

• Prep

  Thoroughly remove any excess moisture from the salmon with paper towels.

• Separate

  Line the bottom of a GladWare^® food protection container with paper towels. Place salmon fillets in a single layer or stack them between paper towels.

• Refrigerate

  Cover with another paper towel, seal and Store in the refrigerator. Do not wrap salmon in plastic ClingWrap before storing.

• Place

  If possible, place food protection container on a bed of crushed ice inside a larger container.
