How to Store Onions

Place
Whole onions should be placed in a cool, dry place outside of the refrigerator.

Seal
Once peeled, halved or chopped, seal onions in a GladWare® food protection container.

Or, seal sliced or chopped onions in a Glad® Food Storage Zipper Bag, squeezing out as much air as possible.
Keeps for 10–12 months
How to Freeze Onions

Wash
Wash, peel and dice onions.

Place
Place in a Freezer Zipper bag.

Freeze
Remove as much air as possible from bag, then seal. Place in the deepest part of the freezer.
