How to Store Mushrooms

• Don't

  Don’t wash mushrooms before storing.

• Place

  Remove mushrooms from original packaging and store in a closed paper bag, leaving room for air circulation.

• Place

  Or, place mushrooms in an uncovered GladWare^® food protection container. Don’t tightly pack mushrooms in to fit.

• Refrigerate

  Store in the refrigerator.
