How to Store Fish
Thoroughly remove any excess moisture from the fish with paper towels.
Line the bottom of a large GladWare® food protection container with paper towels. Place fish fillets in a single layer or stack them between rows of paper towels.
Cover with another paper towel, seal and refrigerate. Do not wrap fish in plastic ClingWrap before storing.
If possible, place food protection container on a bed of crushed ice inside a larger container.
How to Freeze Fish
Leave a 1/2-inch gap at the top for expansion. It's best to freeze fish in a block of ice.
Seal and place in the deepest part of the freezer.
