Keep crown roast in original packaging or move it to a tray.

Cover
Cover well with Glad® ClingWrap, making sure that no air can get to the roast.

Refrigerate
Place tray on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
Keeps for 4–6 months
How to Freeze Crown Roast

Wrap
Wrap roast in Glad® Freezer Wrap.

Place
Place in a Freezer Zipper bag or FreezerWare™ container. If roast is too big, wrap in several layers and aluminum foil.

Freeze
Remove as much air as possible if using bags. Place in the deepest part of the freezer.
