How to Store Bok Choy

Prep
Do not wash or cut bok choy.

Cut
Cut air holes in a Glad® Zipper 2-in-1 Gallon Bag.

Place
Place bok choy in the Glad® Food Storage Zipper Bag with air circulation.

Separate
Separate bok choy leaves and rinse before eating.
Keeps for 10–12 months in Freezer Zipper Bags; 5–6 months in FreezerWare™
How to Freeze Bok Choy

Blanch
Boil washed and trimmed bok choy for 2 minutes. Then plunge into ice water for 2 minutes.

Pack
Pack dried bok choy in Freezer Zipper bags or FreezerWare™.

Freeze
Remove as much air as possible from bag. Place in the deepest part of the freezer.
