How to Freeze Bok Choy

  • Blanch Blanch

    Boil washed and trimmed bok choy for 2 minutes. Then plunge into ice water for 2 minutes.

  • Pack Pack

    Pack dried bok choy in Freezer Zipper bags or FreezerWare™.

  • Freeze Freeze

    Remove as much air as possible from bag. Place in the deepest part of the freezer.
