The paper does not rip off properly and I end up with a ripped piece! It’s a waste. I buy the large size and I’m very unhappy with the plastic teeth…

Now you don’t have a prayer of getting the product cut and instead just waste it trying to find something to cut it. Keep a very sharp pair of scissors handy, it’s the only way to use the product

Rated 1 out of 5 by I did not like from split and spliced I did love this product and bought it all the time but this last roll was awful. I used it a couple of time and the next time it started to split and would not stop I can't even use it and it was a large roll I am angery at the loss of my money on it. it looked like it had been a cut and than spliced to hold it together but it failed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jimmy040 from Could not get the cutter to work and the product Usually this works great for covering up all my food needs but this purchase-The cutter did not work and the roll was torn in the middle of the product all the way thru - kept trying to unroll some and cut with a scissors but ended up wasting a bunch and still unsuccessful due to the constant tear in the middle that I could not correct. This must have been cut in the factory- I ended up just having to waste and pitch the product!

After that, it comes loose and doesn’t cut at all. It seriously SUCKS. Please change it back to what it was originally. Going to have to find something else to use. Very disappointed

I’ve been using it for years, and every time I try to tear off a piece, it INFURIATES me. I don’t understand how such a big brand can’t overcome such a seemingly small issue; makes me want to quit buying it.
