Bryan Caswell’s Little Bigs’ Cookie
Ingredients
2 1/4 pounds butter 1 3/4 pounds sugar
1 3/4 pounds brown sugar
9 eggs
4 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce salt
4 pounds all purpose flour
1 ounce baking soda
1 1/2 pounds pecan nuts (chopped)
3 pounds (2 pounds with mini) chocolate chips

Ingredient Notes
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a mixer, mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar to a cream.
  3. Add eggs 1 at a time to cream, until fully mixed, then add vanilla.
  4. Sift all dry ingredients, then add to mixer and mix.
  5. Add pecan and chocolate chips and fully mix together.
  6. Form dough into small, golf-ball size rounds.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges of cookies are browned.
