Here are a few winter wonderland treats that kids will eat up. If there's anything I love more than holiday décor, it's edible holiday décor! Bring a little North Pole fun to your house.
Stained Glass Jell-O
With jello cubes molded in Mini Round GladWare® containers, you can construct colorful and yummy igloos. Start with blue Jell-O and prepare according to the package directions. Chill and cut into cubes. Use the Mini Round GladWare® size as the igloo-shaped molds for the stained glass Jell-O. Lightly spray the inside of the containers with cooking spray. Let the kids fill up their igloos with the cut Jell-O cubes. In a separate bowl mix a half cup of cold water with two envelopes of unflavored gelatin on top until it thickens. Then add half cup of boiling water and a can of sweetened condensed milk. When cool, pour or "flood" the cubes with the milk Jell-O mixture. Let the igloos set overnight, flip the GladWare containers upside down and pop out the mini Jell-O igloos. Enjoy with a spoon!
